About Frances

Frances has worked with a broad range of business and community organizations in Ontario, British Columbia and California.

Since the mid eighties, Frances has enjoyed a varied career primarily in the financial sector.  Servicing clients such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, McDonalds Restaurants of Canada and North Shore Credit Union.

While most of her career has been spent working with numbers, temporary diversions into the areas of financial services strategic marketing, budget development for off-shore marketing programs, and the development and delivery of software training systems, Frances has always come back to what she enjoys best...

...bringing order to financial chaos.

Since moving to Vancouver Island almost a decade ago, the focus has been on small and medium sized business owners looking for a fresh and dynamic approach to financial record-keeping.

"Taking on the burden of their daily financial management so that small business owners can excel and do what they do best - that's what brings me pleasure at the end of the day.  I have a no-nonsense approach - keep the process simple, ensure it works for the client, and deliver on-time."

Frances is a born networker, loves to meet new folks and, whenever possible, will dive in and make lemonade out of lemons!

Give her a call or email today to find out how she can help.

Bookkeeping is Important!

Here are just a few good reasons why bookkeeping is truly important:
(1) Avoid a CRA audit, (2) limit the pain of an audit, (3) avoid CRA penalties and sanctions, (4) make sure you’re not missing deductions, (5) save time when you file, and perhaps most importantly, (6) to always keep a clear picture of your company’s financial health.
